Project Overview:
NuVinAir, a patented vehicle air treatment company, sought to disrupt the automotive hygiene space with bold, standout visual storytelling. Over the course of 2.5 years, I developed branded social media graphics that supported their mission of creating healthier car interiors—resulting in consistent engagement, heightened brand recognition, and visual continuity across platforms. My work continued until the company was acquired.
Design Concept:
The creative direction leaned heavily into dynamic, high-impact visuals paired with clever copywriting to deliver educational and entertaining messages. Whether highlighting their fast-acting treatment system, odor elimination tech, or dealership profitability, each piece was crafted to capture attention and drive action.
From lightning bolts and vapor effects to retro pixel art and record-inspired layouts, I brought energy and approachability to a technical product—bridging the gap between function and fun.
Visual Direction:
- Color Palette: Branded greens and blacks with bold contrast to ensure visual consistency and punch across scroll-stopping content.
- Typography: Modern, all-caps sans-serif fonts for powerful messaging and immediate impact. Key words were emphasized in NuVinAir green to align with brand identity.
Style Elements:
- Motion-inspired effects like fire trails, lightning, and pixel explosions
- Humor-forward concepts (e.g., “Remove the previous driver” and “What ghosts are lurking in your vents?”)
- Bold compositing and photo manipulation to visualize transformation and cleanliness
Result:
A versatile suite of graphics that helped NuVinAir define its digital presence, stand out in the crowded automotive market, and communicate its value to dealerships and consumers alike. The branding struck a balance between serious innovation and playful storytelling—ultimately supporting the company’s growth and acquisition.
