Glassbox

Role: Social Media Manager & Strategic Communications Director

Dates: April 2022 – October 2024 (Remote)

Company: Glassbox is a SaaS platform that helps enterprise brands optimize digital experiences through AI-powered analytics and real-time user insights.

Challenge

Glassbox needed a stronger, more strategic content presence—one that reflected its innovation, supported major product launches, and helped teams tell a unified story. Social was inconsistent. Messaging was siloed. Launches lacked momentum. My role: turn it into a scalable content engine that performed.

Approach

I led the end-to-end digital content and social strategy at Glassbox, transforming how the brand showed up across platforms. From launching AI-driven products to building employee advocacy programs, I developed and executed campaigns that combined strategic insight, strong creative, and consistent brand voice.
 

My role spanned social media, blog strategy, video editing, graphic direction, copywriting, and internal enablement. I worked cross-functionally with product, design, demand gen, and leadership to ensure every piece of content served a strategic purpose—whether supporting a product rollout, simplifying a technical concept, or driving measurable growth.
 

Every post, asset, and launch was crafted to engage, align, and perform—with creative that clarified the message and strategy that delivered results.

Spiff

Role: Social Media and Community Lead

Dates: October 2021 – April 2022 (Remote)

Company: Spiff is a high-growth SaaS company simplifying sales commission processes through real-time automation. It helps revenue teams trust their numbers and focus on performance—not spreadsheets.

Challenge

Spiff had the momentum and product-market fit, but not the voice to match it. Content felt disjointed, internal messaging lacked clarity, and the brand needed a personality that stood out in a crowded, corporate SaaS space.

Approach

I led the charge in defining and implementing a bold, approachable brand voice—infusing personality, humor, and relatability into everything from social content and executive comms to internal storytelling and employee advocacy.

My focus was on humanizing a highly technical space. Through original content series, cultural commentary, and narrative-driven copy, I built a strategy that made the brand more than just software—it became a trusted, memorable voice in revenue conversations.

Working cross-functionally with leadership, sales, design, and comms, I created a full content ecosystem that blended strategy with authentic storytelling and aligned internal teams around a clear, compelling message.
